    See if I ever learn how to Jerk!

    I usually track my Weightlifting on a Google Drive Spread Sheet, but I'll give this a go too!

    Right now, my training bests are:

    Clean: 143kg
    Jerk: 127kg
    CJ: 125kg
    Sn: 107kg
    Back Squat: 182kg
    Front Squat: 160kg

    My bodyweight is: 66.5~kg

    90kg for 5 doubles
    95kg for 5 doubles

    100kg Single

    Work yoga is the best! I try to get in one of the 45 minute classes once a week during lunch.
