    Bleggghhhh. That 5 second pause is the worst!

    Sn pause 2" off ground - 40/2, 50/1, 60/1, 70/1, EMOM 10 - 78/1, 81/1, 84/1, 87/1, 90/1, 93/1, 96/1, 99/1, 101/1, 102/b,1

    Extra attempt... not ending on a miss!

    Barbell cardio! I was waaaaay out of breath after this. The fatigue from 106 up just keeps adding up. Pretty good pop the whole set though.

    Video review says the pause was a little short but it's consistent with how I count for everything else so that's what matters.

    Holy crap, waves are tough. Lots and lots of work there.

    Matches my best Cl DL no pause, I think. And was strapless and beltless.

    Lulz, yeah. Possibly. Ah, well. It was either that or do it Sunday, rather have the rest day before a heavy squat day :P

    We'll see how squats go tomorrow but I only did 4 rounds before I quit with 3:20 left. I did not want to do ANY MORE LUNGES.

    SnPP 105x4? I feel so weak and you have that damn wingspan.

    Do your RDL's without straps?

    No, definitely strap... I'm not in it for the grip work on that, I get plennnnnty of it pulling.

    At work an hour or so late, wrist still bugging me. Just did squats in the garage. Pounds plates. I hate injuries.

    Matched my best all-time front squat. Psyched myself out on 147, should have had it.

    C&J from blocks - 60/3, 80/1, Waves - 91/3, 104/2, 111/1, 96/3, 108/2, 114/1, 98/2, 111/1, 116/1, 120/1 PR

    Both blocks PRs. Had a bit left in the tank for each but happy with that.

    Clean DL pause 2 sec at knees - 60/3, 110/2, EMOM 12 - 130/1, 140/1, 145/1, 150/1, 155/1, 160/1, 165/1, 170/1, 175/1, 178/1, 181/1, 185/1 PR

    Used all my kilo plates! Clean DL PR. Actually first time pulling over 400# in over a year any way.

    Skipped push press, still nursing the wrist. Felt a lot better today overall though. And hit some numbers I'm really happy with.
