    First in quite a while

    Bonus magic scales at comp had me at 96.13 , home was 100.5 anyways

    Snatch
    70, 73, 75 all good might have had an 80 if I pushed but shoulder has really annoyed for awhile so happy with 3 good lifts

    C+J
    95 100 105X0 missed jerk forward

    C+J was not good
    100 went forward slightly and 105 was botched
    Clean pull cut way too short and have neglected squatting

    Need to fix clean pull and do more jerks and squat
    BW is down about 6KG since july so thats good but 94 is still target

    Clean pulls and clean off blocks
    After watching comp lifts looked like I really cut my pulls short and had a very leany catch on 2 of my lifts .
    In an effort to correct this Im not sure whether to go from the ground/Blocks or hangs
    Today Im going to try blocks

    Up to 80 these were very good , catches @ 80 were very upright
    @90 catches were sloppy and pull not great , blocks might not be optimum or 80 is heavy enough for now /.

    Fucked around with a few things , benched till 80 where left shoulder felt it might fall off
    Will compare after couple of weeks rehab and strengthening
    Hang off pullup bar for time 82 seconds and hands gave out maybe next time do first rather than after pulls /bench
