    Lot of stretching esp hip flexors

    Sotts press snatch
    Bar very uneven at extension mirroring my snatch left wrist is above and further back than right (have video will load ) , causing bar to be tilted and unstable resulting in pressout on right or lost lift on heavy snatches or more commonly the helicopter as I call it .
    have had this for a long time to varying degrees but really need to asses at this stage as cannot progress beyond 80ish kilos at present on good day .

    Quick session today , had planned coming in tomorrow and having a crack at 105 having rested today .
    However relative has passed away and will be travelling to and from funerals etc Weds/Thursday .
    Being Irish there will probably be drink involved so Friday probably a write off as well .
