Polish Weightlifting Program and system for the training of youth and Children -

I saw in a different thread that learning about how top level lifters trained in their formative years would be useful to those in Western countries picking up weightlifting in their 20s or later. It made me think of this program I found on the Polish Weightlifting website.

    https://translate.google.com/transla...-text=&act=url

As you can see it is all in Polish but I'm hoping that someone out there can speak Polish and might be able to help translate the text. I have very basically run it through Google translate and there is some good information in there.

In addition to this there are some presentations on diet and recovery techniques which are also pretty interesting (there are more pictures so I got the gist of what they were saying!)

Google Translate seems to translate it quite well. If you have any particular questions I will try to help you (not a Pole, but living in Poland).

I'm just stumbling upon this thread. Did anyone happen to save the file(s)? It appears they are no longer on the Polish Weightlifting website.

    https://www.pzpc.pl/public/system/fi...BBY%202017.pdf that's the file you're looking for, I think.

those pdfs are still there in the links. grab them quick!

I downloaded the file just in case and I'm going to post it reddit WL and see if there are any other polish lifters who can make sense of it.

yeah, I'm that cool. hold the applause

do you speak polish at all? I haven't yet tried to run it through a translator but it would be great if a native or affluent speaker went thru it first.

i posted it over on reddit but 1 user commented but still haven't gone thru.

i suppose i could post the translated text and see if what it outputted makes sense with that user

I don't, but I did run it through a translator. It seems to have done a great job translating it (I used Google translate). It has some interesting things in it, and seems to coincide with the ideas from Medvedyev's book (the system, not the program).
