    Workouts have been a little more chill this past week - working out with a buddy who doesn't do oly. More power lifting and general body building.


    Sept 24

    cg bp: 205x5, 225x5, 245x3
    push press, top set: 225x3
    incline db press: 70,80, 90x 10+
    farmer walks - couple sets

    Sept 25

    deadlift: 365x5, 405x5x2, 425x5, 455x1 (meant to do 3-5, but said fuck it)
    lat pulldown x4 sets ~

    Sept 26

    pause squat: 225x5, 245x5 (lower back taxed from yesterday..245 felt better)
    leg press: 3-4 sets, 3-4 plates and 25
    leg curls x3 sets
    leg extensions x 3 sets
