    Managed to hit a few smaller PRs today. Snatches felt a little foreign, but worked up to a reasonable single without any misses. Cleans went particularly well on the heavier doubles, despite fatigue. Aiming to do 150kg for a double, and 150 for clean +3 fs in the coming weeks. Shorter workout than I would've liked, but things to do.

    Wanted to flake multiple times in this workout, was a little bloated on account of rushing my breakfast. Only had about 5 hours of sleep, but felt okay. Had issues bracing during the squat, but each rep, while not consistent, was relatively easy. Snatch deads were easy, probably should've done another set at 305-315. Going to start adding some more light cardio, rowing, incline jogging HIIT type stuff.

    Likely could've pushed a 335 ish clean+jerk, which is only #5 off my PR. Given the dog shit bar, this has me pretty excited. Should probably try to bring my own bar to this gym; at night time its not very busy, and I'm sure nobody would care. HMMM. Could've PRd my front squat today as well (my pr is 370 with a powerlifting belt). It's a little awkward to get a strong rack position here, since height of the pins doesn't align perfectly. Deadlift PR for 3 was easy, definitely more in the tank.

    Great workout. I perform pretty well with adequate rest. Used to pushing 5-6 workouts per week. It's been like 65 hours since I had my AM session.
