    -took past 2 days off, some moderate drinking/junk food in Whistler

    4.7 km in 30 mins
    - 2 laps around a park; walked ~500m
    -fastest km was 5:09

    Wanted to 5x5 clean deadlift and incline press. Also - went a little bit heavier than ideal for the pull + clean. Next workout here I'll do this properly:
    -2 clean pull + 2-3 clean (245-275 range)
    -front squat 5x3: (305-345)
    -deadlift: 5x5 deadlift (365-425)
    -incline press: 4x8
