    -after yesterday thought that I might take today off, but felt pretty good this morning - and i've been anxious to put in some squat work.

    Squat
    -no knee sleeves, belt at 315 and up
    -as has been the approach lately: more warm-ups
    -i usually save squat till end of my workout, so thought id give it more of a priority today and begin with it.

    Didn't eat or drink this morning, and then went on to have a very compromised brunch too close to my workout: chicken wings, deep fried spring rolls, and low quality butter chicken. Workout was acceptable all things considered. A day off has been over due, maybe tomorrow? I suppose I could squat, and do accessories for general strength... so, we will see.

    Overall not a bad squat workout, on especially tired legs. Excited to squat on a day where I'm feeling fresh. I think I'd like to try 5x5 pause at 315 or something next squat workout, 3x3 might make more sense, or maybe even 5 sets of 3.

    -wanted to squat first, but had to wait for a rack...ended up doing some supersets of snatch and squat

    -played around with my starting position yesterday: making contact with bar against shins, seems to allow me to be a little tight and use more legs
    -used straps, best work to date. Getting more comfortable.

    Hip is stiff, I've been sitting down a little more than usual today which may explain the hip. Wrist is likely no problem. PM workout was pretty good, put up a reasonable total (240kg ~) without too much strain. Wanted to bench, but it's reasonable low priority atm - maybe tomorrow.
