    No misses aside from 265 push press. Snatches felt good, 235 double easiest set. Jerks and power cleans felt strong.

    Squats and back extensions, jumps, core etc., tomorrow. Maybe even a run, wouldn’t mind trimming down!

    Reasonable workout. Snatches felt a little awkward. Spine feels a little compressed in general. I think i need to do more core, jumps and back extensions. For squats I used a texas power bar, 50#, felt nice. No whip, so focused more on eccentric loading and consistent reps.
