    Snatch 2.0
    - only did this bc some "varsity" football dudes were snatching like a couple of amateurs, had to show them who the big fish in the small pond was. They were doing dynamic hang-power-deltoid raises with 60, which may be lit... i've never done more than like 30lbs each hand
    80x1 * moved so nicely, decided to seek redemption for my less than impressive workout
    90x2
    90x1 * had to make sure i was snappy
    100x1 * close miss, a little over hyped
    100x1 *ezpz, redemption achieved


    -warmup took forever...and was absolute shit, i was way to preoccupied teasing a gym buddy...karma...SMH
    -sat in my car way too long, and my hip was fried, plus i have also felt like garbage since Thursday...smh
    -snatches felt like absolute shit! squats were okay, but length strength seems off...
    -LJL says my CNS likely fried, but can't really trust him...so had to dismiss that
    -lockout for shoulders and triceps were not on point, and this may be my strength
    -snatches felt great after the squats!


    Slevv vs LJL clean competition tomorrow...3 scoops of Biosteel intraworkout on the line...stay tuned!

    - lazy log for a lazy dude
    - even though i didn't feel strong, I'm still hitting pretty heavy shit

    cleans
    -did a bunch of pc, full clean, push press, a jerk here and there, hang clean etc., up until 100
    -did ~30+ reps of 100kg, both power and full
    -just gnat list notables

    110x3 power, failed 3rd
    120x1 power
    125x1 full
    100x3 full
    110x2 full
    120x1 full
    130x1 full
    135x1x3 close on first 2, 3rd not close

    - did a fun lil complex:
    (2 cleans + 1 fs --- 1 cleans 2 fs)x2 at 100

    Clean + FS for reps

    100x1+8
    100x1+10 (bit of an AMRAP)


    Did some random rows shit, pullsups/chinups, and then a cross fit workout "DT", but only 2 rounds, and no deadlifts, cuz big waste of time IMO.

    - Workout was a little more structure than it has been lately, but my warm-ups have not been good enough...they are a little long, and laborious, and overall, don't get me prepared. Definitely need to focus on this more.

    -wasn't very systematic, just built up a sweat, changed speed and direction a few times, no breaks etc.,


    Another 15 minute nap turned into ~4 hours, causing me to miss my workout yesterday. This is twice now that I've missed a workout, and inside of just one week...I've only missed 2 full days prior to this throughout all of 2016 (which I have more than made up for with two-a-days). Bit of a SMH, however, I believe this is doing me more good than bad, so I'm embracing these 'days off', and I'm probably getting stronger too.

    -had some girl drama almost distract me from my workout; my resilience prevailed!


    Cleans
    -intended to do jerks as well, but only hit the odd jerk, up to 90kg
    -warmed up with FS up to 80kg
    -did power, full, a few hang, and some hip cleans up to 90kg
    -probably did upwards of 30-40 reps

    Gym #2 (lbs)


    Bench press
    -haven't done this in over a week, kind of stoked on this!
    -through in the occasional spoto/pause rep (usually on the last rep)
    -warmup
    225x5

    275x2
    300x1
    250x6x2
    250x8 easy

    COMPLEX: incredibly strict, reset, OHP + push press + BTN snatch grip press
    -did some warm up sets at 135 for each movement individually, then converged to this spicy little complex

    135(4+4+4)x4

    *** on the last rep, of the very last set, i had to rack the bar on my back, deep squat it, and ask a trainer to take the bar off me. SMH. but that's indicative of how fatigued that shoulder system was!


    -did some over head DB arnold press, 20-30lbs, 15-20 reps for like 3 sets...i dno
    -some bicep curls

    - chest is surprisingly sore from yesterday, so as a result, i figured i shouldn't snatch

    Babe lifter with a nice set of Tees showed up...thus, the obligatory snatches.

    90x3 all full - these were all really easy, snapped and efficient
    100x1 m -over pulled, rushed
    100x1 * pretty nice rep, easy, did it immediately after the fail

    I was in a rush to make it in time for a dinner, so this workout only last 45 mins. It was super hot in the gym too, good thing I had chalk.

    -pretty chill workout with LJL

    power clean + BTN snatch balance + OHS
    -reps at a few diff weights, wasnt really counting
    -first few sets were BTN push press into the OHS, instead of snatch balance
    -everything was pretty smooth
    -a few power snatches from 135-155

    (1+1 + 2-5) * fewer reps as the weight increased.
