- only did this bc some "varsity" football dudes were snatching like a couple of amateurs, had to show them who the big fish in the small pond was. They were doing dynamic hang-power-deltoid raises with 60, which may be lit... i've never done more than like 30lbs each hand

Another 15 minute nap turned into ~4 hours, causing me to miss my workout yesterday. This is twice now that I've missed a workout, and inside of just one week...I've only missed 2 full days prior to this throughout all of 2016 (which I have more than made up for with two-a-days). Bit of a SMH, however, I believe this is doing me more good than bad, so I'm embracing these 'days off', and I'm probably getting stronger too.

-reps at a few diff weights, wasnt really counting
-first few sets were BTN push press into the OHS, instead of snatch balance
-everything was pretty smooth
-a few power snatches from 135-155
