    275x3x3 - pretty easy, chest still a bit sore, didnt want to push it



    Gym #1 Bog (kgs)



    Squat
    3-6 reps between 80-110 kg, worked got cut short because we got kicked out of this gym
    -did a few more sets in gym before it closed

    Run
    -covered around 3000m (about 600m was walking)
    -did 600m and 800m, with stride outs at ~70% for the lengths of a soccer field
    -felt good, still looking to up the volume

    -power, full, push press, squat jerk, jerk, and FS here and there...from 50-90
    -half of the jerks at 100 were squats, first was sketch af, dope recovery though

    -as per usual, did power, full, hang full, hang power etc., until 'working sets'
    -everything below was full, unless otherwise specified
    -snatches felt like garbage, was literally jumping under the bar like a non-athlete
    -at least i didn't miss

    back squat
    -the last few felt real heavy after unracking, the squat was easy enough though, but hard to keep tightness in my back

    -ran for about 10 minutes
    -minimal breaks in-between, last lap was recovery, rest were around 1:30-1:45

    kgs, and lbs after OLY stuff

    -gyms closed for stat
    -worked out at Canada Games Pool (sweat shop)
    -didnt have chalk and trained my friend
    -good workout, buddy hit 225x2 FS (literally first day doing it, and hes like 150 lbs)...rack position is pretty wack, but nice power out the hole, lil jelly tbh


    Snatch
    -difficult to get a grip due to humidity, so pulls were all extension and hooks
    -as per usual, power, hang, full etc, until 'working sets'

    80x1 full
    90x1x2 full
    100x1 - this is actually sick, given the less than ideal circumstances


    Clean and jerk
    -again, same as usual, powers, fulls, PJ...

    120x1x3 * easier than 100, smh. Actually had chalk for this.


    CJ complex complex: PC, SJ, PJ, PP
    -worked up with PC + Squat jerk, until 90, then started complex
    -i was wearing a Caffeine and kilos muscle shirt, owend it for a year, 2nd time wearing it...i dont like seeing my arm pits during the snatch/or squat jerk (oh yeah, i usually do my lifts looking in a mirror)

    -ironically this is the only gym to have a dedicated seal row, but i seem to get a better workout when i set up my own makeshift seal row station

    100x1x5 - missed first 4, very close, but hit the 5th

    90x2 - thought it was 80

    - this definitely threw off my momentum, the first 1 especially, it was a bare miss that i fought with for ~5+ secs
    -my hand was hurting, and 2 days later is still kind of hurting
    -before this, my next jump was 110, and then probbaly 115 SMH

    -flaked hard

    -was mostly just fucking around with the split, was going up pretty fast though

    - warmed up with various combos of power/full/snatch balance/etc. with 40 - 60kg
    70x2x2
    80x2 missed first 2, then immediately followed with this lil beauty complex: 80 full, 2 hangs, 1 snatch balance and 2 oh
    90x1+1 full, snatch balance
    90x2 full, hang
    100x1+1+1 * full, snatch balance, ohs - this was thug life
    80x2x2 full, hang
    102x1 - told LJL I would snatch over 100 if he hit 100...and the scrub hit 100


    C&J
    - did powers up to 100
    - did squat jerks up to 90
    - did a lot more volume than whats shown, but these are the sets i can remember.
    100x1x3 * did 2-4 jerks per set
    100x1 PC, squat jerk, split jerk, power jerk
    110x1(1+2)x2 jerks split, power


    SLED PUSH

    - did 1 push at 135 lbs
    - sled + 90lbs, 5 runs of ~15m
    - easy for me, very hard for LJL
    - dudes a bit of a mark

    I was lying about your times by the way. Wanted you to think you were actually hanging with me on those sled pushes. I know your ego is pretty fragile and good training partners are hard to find so I do what I have to do.
