    Back Squat: 102x5x5 (3-4 sets had a 5 second pause on the 5th rep)

    Rows: 3x15 s/s w/ dips 3x10 s/s with plate alternating
    Overhead Tricep Extension s/s with SLR s/s rear delt work.
    ***getting back into lifting. it's my boards year and i need a destressor otherwise i'll blow my head off.
