    About me:
    -Started weightlifting on 3/21/14. Signature has current numbers.

    Snatch: 65kg for 3x3 (missed 2 snatches out of 9), 70kgx3 (1 power, 2 full)

    Clean and Jerk: 75kgx1x2, 80kgx1x3+2 (PR), 80kgx2x2+1

    Clean Deadlift and Shrug: 85kgx1x3, 90kgx1x3, 95kgx3x3

    Back Squat: 85kgx1x4, 89kgx2x4

    Press: 35kgx5, 40kgx5, 45kgx5, 48kgx5

    Weight: 73.2kg

    -power snatch: 60kgx1x2, 65kgx1x2, 68kgx1x2, 70kgx1x2

    -power clean and jerk: 70kgx1x1, 75kgx1x1, 80kgx1x1, 83kgx1x1, 85kgx1x1 (this was a full clean, at this point i lost a bet to my buddy...consequences forced me to attempt 93kg..tried three times and came quite close once)

    -front squat: 80kgx1x3, 85kgx1x3, 90kgx1x3, 93kgx1x3 (PR triple), back off to 84kgx5x2

    Auxillary
    -RDL: 50kgx1x10, 55kgx1x10, 60kgx1x10
    -side lateral raises, front raises, plate workout to flush blood into my shoulders....gymnastics some elbow levers and l-sits
    -did some bent over rows as well to strengthen the back

    A little hard to read. Can you put more space/lines between lifts?

    8/9/2014:

    Snatch: up to 60x1x1 and was missing in front because I was looping the bar. Did some high hang work (5x3 at 40kg) and then came back to the snatches. Worked up to 70x1x1. Missed 75x1x1

    Clean and Jerk: Hit 80x1x1, missed 85x1x1, 60kgx6x3 (focusing on jumping feet directly apart rather than donkey kicking and jumping in front which I was doing.)

    Back Squat: 100kgx3x1

    -My technique started to deteriorate today after having set rep prs earlier on in the week. Had a cut on my thumb that I took some derma bond but only had like 85-90% of my grip. A lot of my misses were due to both looping and not having grip on the bar.

    Snatch: 60kgx1x3, 63kgx3x3 (started with bar over center of gravity rather than at ankle..is really letting me sweep the bar in appropriately)

    Clean and Jerk: 70kgx1x2, 73kgx1x3+1 (made the same bar adjustment but started to see technique breakdown slightly in third set. banged the bar instead of brushing it)

    Back Squat: 89kgx3x4

    Press: 48kgx1x5, 52kgx1x4, 54kgx1x2

    DB Bench at 46kgx2x10 with some dips and lateral raises thrown in.

    Low Hip Snatch: 50kgx3, 55kgx3x3 (missed 2-3) so did 55kgx2

    Low Hip Clean: 65kgx3x2+1

    Snatch Deadlift Shrug: 80kgx3x3, 83kgx1x3, 85kgx1x3

    RDL: 60kgx1x10, 65kgx1x10, 68kgx1x10

    Front Squat: 75kgx1x3, 80kgx1x3, 82kgx2x3

    Pullups: 10, 8, 4 & External Rotation work

    1 Arm Bent Over Rows and some dips.

    -Definitely seeing the value in doing work from the low hip. I have a lot of trouble generating power when I am in this position and it is primarily due to poor timing. No training until 8/14.

    Well, well, I guess that they'll let anyone start a log around here.

    Power Snatch: 60x1x2, 63x1x2, 65x1x2, 68x1x2 ( missed second one), 70x1x1, 71x1x1, 72x1x2 (both turned into full snatches unfortunately)

    Power Clean and Jerk (No Feet Clean): 60x1x1, 65x1x1, 70x1x1, 73x1x1, 74x1x1, 75x1x1 (missed this and jumped)

    Power Clean and Jerk: 80x1x2 (first single turned into full clean..so miss), 83x1x2 (first single turned into full clean so miss), 85x1x2 (first single turned into full clean...second single i ended up high pulling), upon suggestion of Jason S and the pack rat went down to 84.... 84x1x2 (first single hit the clean but missed jerk)

    Clean Deadlift Shrug: 93x1x3, 95x1x3 (gym closed and couldn't hit my 5 triples)

    Third Wave: 60kgx1x1, 65kgx1x1, 68kgx1x1, 70kgx2x1, 72.5kg miss

    RDL: 60kgx1x10, 65kgx2x8, 68kgx3x8
    Strict Press: 40kgx1x5, 45kgx1x5, 50kgx2x5, 56kgx1x1
    Yoke: 141kg for 30 steps, 150kg for 30 steps
