Haven't trained seriously in over 2 years. This means I haven't followed a program and have had spurts of a few weeks or months of training followed by a 3-6-9 month reprieve. This will change. I am taking a year of research which puts me in an optimal position to prioritize both health and publications. Will pick an olympic lift and a power movement to get my technique back. Will hit a different variation of it every session alternating between power snatch and power clean. Back squat and snatch/clean pulls on alternate days as well. Along with some quick accessories. 4 weeks of this on a daily basis to establish consistency and will hop into a program again.

End of 2020 goals: Power Snatch 100kg, Hang Power Snatch 90kg, Power Clean 125kg, Hang Power Clean 115kg, Rack Jerk 125kg, Snatch Push Press 120kg, Paused Back Squat 150kg, Deadlift 182kg...Let's see how far off I am on 12/31/2020. Will use these goals to guide future progress as they were around my former numbers when I was at my peak around page 34-35 of this training log. I was deadlifting 200kg+ at that time, however. I was also around the 80kg range at that time and in the best shape of my life.

6/2/2020 (probably around 82-83kg and very out of shape)
    High Hang Power Snatch 60x3, 65x1, 67x1, 70x1, 73x1, 75x1 f/u by 63x2x3
(was initially intending on executing a program...deciding to focus on consistency in the gym before going down that pathway. will reference my template above for on boarding and technique purposes)
