    Do you have those books on paper or do you have any links for me to read or buy those books? I'm very interested in reading other soviet books besides Roman's ( that is the book that I have right now)

    Remedial Work from High Hang for Missing in Front: 55x3x2

    Snatch Wave 2: 60x1x1, 65x1x1, 70x1x1, 73x1x2 (misses)

    Power Clean and Jerk (no feet) and second rep is with feet: 70x1x2, 75x1x2, 78x1x2, 80x1x2, 82x1x1 (pr power clean without foot movement)

    Power Clean and Jerk: 85x1x1, 87x1x1 (PR), 89x1x1 (PR), 92x2x1 (I was pulling this high enough, just couldn't get my hands through quick enough)

    Snatch Deadlift: 90x1x5 (straps), 93x1x5 (straps), 96x1x5 (no straps....this was hard w/o straps)

    Press: 45x1x5, 50x1x5, 53x1x2, 55x1x1 (failed this)

    Hamstring Curls, Calf Raises, Rounded Back Extension with focus on glute activation, 2 1 minute planks.

    Snatch High Pull: 80x1x3, 83x2x3, 86x2x3

    Press: 45x1x5, 50x1x5, 55x1x3

    DB Bench: 50x1x8, 50x1x10

    Dips: 3 sets of 10

    Planks: 3 1 min sets

    -Worked off a groin strain (adductor magnus) the last week. Picked it up when I pred the power clean. Did a lot of bodybuilding between 9/2 and 9/10.
    -Started a new program yesterday.

    Great log. Have you read all of those books on your reading list or are you hoping to?

    Thank you. I am hoping to read through all of the books on my reading list. Getting a hold of a few of them is proving to be quite difficult.

    -Snatch: 60x1x2, 65x1x1, 69x3x2 (missed third rep forward in first set, missed second rep backwards in third set...7/9)

    -Clean and Jerk: 75x1x2, 80x3x3+1 (3 cleans 1 jerk...missed third clean in first set..second set hit 3+2....third set hit 2+1 and couldn't catch bounce on third clean..10/12)

    -Snatch High Pulls: 80x1x3, 83x1x3, 85x1x3, 87x3x3

    -Paused Back Squat: 80x1x3, 85x3x3

    -Bench Press: 61x3x8

    -Random rear delt work and planks
