    65 x 1 - not as solid as I would like, but made the lift, body is starting to recover from what I think was chronic overtraining

    Clean & Jerk

    90 x 1 - clean was fine and easy, jerks were another animal entirely

    Wanted 95 jerk today, but didn't want a miss, so left it

    Okay, sorry I haven't posted, but have had a lot of stuff going on.

    I competed at AO3 in Vegas, going 4/6 hitting 68/101. Not bad, but definitely well below my best lifting due to life and work stress. Decided to work on managing that stress and get on a program for weaknesses and strength. Also decided to take a break from competing for some time and not concentrate on the classic lifts.

    I started a modified (for Oly lifting) 531 program.

    110 x 6, 4 - instead of the amrap set on 531, I'm doing the Rule of 10's (I like it much better and I don't get exertion headaches)

    Snatch Grip RDL
    70 x 5 x 5 - instead of doing BBB, I'm doing a version of the Boring but Strong (80% of TM for 5x5)

    Assisted with added 70lbs (machine) for 8, 7, 5

    125 x 4, 3, 3 - was surprised I got these, even if they moved a bit slower than usual


    Snatch DL with shrug (like a pull)

    97 x 5 x 5 - very difficult, but got all the reps, and left it here

    102 x 5 x 3 sets - first one felt a bit heavy, but got some good deep reps (touching platform reps) after that
