    105 x 1 - moved well, but didn't feel all that great so stopped here

    Also, first time in a while bumping from 50 to 70 and didn't kill myself, so there's that

    Clean DL - no straps, hook grip only
    120 x 1
    140 x 1
    160 x 1 - we'll call that a PR for hook grip only, only 5 kg off all time PR

    Really didn't feel like training tonight, but glad I did...

    61 x 2 - not bad, but still a little forward

    Shoulder is starting to feel better, slowly but surely

    Back Squat
    60 x 5
    80 x 5
    100 x 5
    120 x 3
    131 x 9 - really wanted 10, but legs were feeling very jello so racked it
    113 x 9 - this was good, but felt the exertion headache building, so racked it and glad I did. It wasn't bad, but it was there

    Pushups - missed yesterday and will make those up later this week
    BW x 6, 6, 5, 5 - broke these up to make sure the headache didn't come back

    62 x 1 x 5 OTM - first 2 were good, then got a little forward (tired I think)

    Back Squat
    60 x 5
    80 x 5
    100 x 5
    120 x 3
    132 x 5 - wanted 8, wasn't heavy but balance on the feet was off
    117 x 5 - much better

    Pushups - BW x 22 - stopped doing these everyday, just every training day

    50 x 1, 1 - mostly doing these to see how the Richmond WL leather wrist wraps worked on CJ
    65 x 1, 1

    100 x F (clean due to humidity and bar slipping off shoulders), 1 - wrist wraps worked great, but will take some getting used to

    So, garage was 109 F starting, 116 F outside, but small cold front came through and humidity rose but temp dropped a bit.

    165 x 1 - matched all-time PR, but with hookgrip only, no straps, so calling this a win tonight

    Today was a good day to get back to this program. Shoulder feels pretty good and this will get my OH catch much more solid

    Lifting at home because the gym doesn't seem to want to enforce the mask policies of the state and the gym, and I have my "old man" issues with that.

    Didn't really feel all that up to lifting today, but got it in just dialed it back a little

    40 x 2, 2 - felt better than I thought it would
    45 x 1 x 5 OTM

    55 x 1 x 5 OTM - first couple singles felt a little slow on the turn-over, but got them

    Block Clean

    85 x 1 x 5 OTM - these all went fairly well

    120 x 4, 4, 4 - pretty solid on shaky legs

    Drove to Dallas the last couple of days, went straight to my old gym where I learned the lifts almost 20 yrs ago to get training in with nothing in my stomach other than a double quarterpounder from about 3 hrs prior

    60 x 1 x 10 - OTM - surprised these went really well today, only last one was not as good

    Front Squat
    60 x 3
    80 x 2
    100 x 1
    115 x 2, 2, 2, 2 - was supposed to do 6 sets, but was really feeling it after 4 so called it

    Snatch Pull
    100 x 3, 3 - these moved better than I thought they would under the circumstances
