    105 x 5, 5, 5 - this was first change, dropping to 3x5 to allow greater recovery and hopefully push this further

    Bench Press

    52 x 5 x 5 - still solid and easy

    Overhead Squat

    43 x 5
    52 x 4
    61 x 3
    70 x 2, 2, 2 - this was another change, got the set/rep scheme from Jim Schmitz article, and I like it

    Lifted at home because the garage finally got cleaned back out after my wife's Halloween stint, and it's cool enough. But, felt like crap, so a bit off plan and just did what I could

    Snatch
    40 x 2, 2, 2
    50 x F, 1 x 20 OTM

    Not totally sure I missed a 50kg snatch, but like I said, felt like crap going in. However, after I got going, these went really well!!

    90 x 1 - best 90 I've done recently
