    Tuesday, 02.26.2019 - lifted at home in the garage (starting to get nice again outside, but I don't have all the equipment for the accessories)

    Pause Snatch

    50 x 1
    55 x 2, 2, 2 - better than last week

    Snatch to 3RM
    52 x 2
    60 x 3 - so, not quite my recent 3RM, which is 61.5kg/135lbs, but close enough to go over that in Week 4

    Back Squat to 8RM w/5sec pause on 1st rep
    60 x 8 (no pause)
    80 x 3
    100 x 1
    111 x 8 - w/5sec pause on 1st rep
    100 x 8 - w/5sec pause on 1st rep

    BB Bent Over Row - 52 x 10 x 3 - kept it the same since it's accessory, but it's feeling light

    No Back Extension at home, so I'll do those tomorrow

    The last few days of not getting enough sleep caught up with me today, just felt slow and tired...

    Block Snatch ATK

    55 x 3 x 4 sets - had a miss on the 3rd set last rep, but made it up, also left shoulder was being stupid (sore)

    Snatch High Pull
    70 x 5 x 3 sets

    Back Squat

    120 x 5 x 4 sets - supposed to be moderate, but due to tiredness these were a bit more grindy that I would've liked even though they didn't really feel heavy

    Tricep Rope Pushdown Leaning away - 32.5 x 10 x 3 sets
    DB Bench Press - 40lbs x 10 x 3 sets - a bit better than last week, but shoulder made it somewhat painful

    61 x F, F - left shoulder is being a bitch, bicep tendon somehow got re-aggravated and is very sore

    145kg/320lbs x 5 - this was a solid effort, felt heavy but ground them out, only 5lbs off true 5RM

    So, it seems I did something to my left side neck/upper trap area, probably slept wrong on it as the shoulder felt good, but neck is stiff and sore as crap!!

    Ended up skipping yesterday (day 2) just for being tired and having to get an Office Action response filed by 10pm

    Also decided I'm going to abstain from alcohol for the next month. I've let my drinking get a touch out of hand, having 2-4 drinks every night, sometimes more. I never really get drunk, but I've put on some unnecessary bodyweight and I struggle to get decent sleep most nights. So, I'm hoping this helps drops some weight and get better sleep.

    All in all, pretty good considering I've dropped 3 lbs since Thursday in BW. Didn't realize it would be that dramatic, so will have to adjust and add some Protein back into the diet to make it up and slow down the loss.

    Started week 4 today, maximal week on the new program

    Yesterday I did some very light snatch, then stretched and foam rolled for about 15 min, and it paid off today (after taking 800mg Advil about 30 min prior)

    I like this ordering of exercises much better than the other way around, I'll be talking to coach tomorrow about that

    84 x 5
    102 x 2
    116/255lbs x 8 - this was the right weight, had to really push on last 2 reps
    105/230lbs x 8 - a bit easier, but still a lot of reps

    Back Extensions - 45lbs x 8 x 3
    Bent Over BB Row - 52/115lbs x 12 x 3
