    Have a minor cold, with a very minor headache, but felt alright enough to see how it was going to go:

    122.5 (270lbs) x 5, 5, 5 - these went surprisingly well, even being somewhat sick, just needed a bit more rest than normal

    Went in Sat for some higher rep shoulder press and bicep curls, just to get something in. Then sat in hot tub to let the neck and upper traps loosen up from the accident.
