    47 x 1 x 5 OTM
    52 x 1 x 5 OTM
    57 x 1 x 5 OTM - all of these went really well!!

    RSR 2nd cycle, week 3

    Back Squat
    61 x 5
    84 x 5
    102 x 3
    116 x 1
    125 x 5 x 6 - these were hard, mentally, but got through them one set and one rep at a time!!

    So, legs were pretty effing sore the last couple of days. Skipped Wed again due to this, but did get in Thurs

    okay, these were a bit lighter than I wanted, but due to how my legs felt and not wanting to miss, I'm good

    Jerk from rack - had to lower each one back to shoulders
    52 x 2, 2
    70 x 2
    84 x 1 x 10 - not on the minute or anything, just 10 solid singles to get footwork

    Again, I really felt how sore the legs were on these, especially the dip/drive, I'll have to revisit whether I finish the RSR cycle next week with the 6x6 or deload

    107 x 2 x 6 - not heavy really, but my knees are starting to get a bit sore

    Power Snatch
