    102 x 2
    120 x 3 x 10 - these were pretty tough, but got through all sets

    Clean Pull
    84 x 3
    102 x 3
    116 x 3 3, 3
    134 x 5 - clean deadlift

    I was supposed to bench, but got tight on time due to a movie with friends, so cut that out and focused on the important stuff

    Clean dead was tough, barely got 5th rep, need to up this significantly

    62.5 x F, 1 x 5 OTM - had a false start, weight felt light so took it for granted, reset and nailed all

    Clean
    60 x 2
    72.5 x 2
    82.5 x 1 x 5 OTM
    87.5 x 1 x 5 OTM
    92.5 x 1 x 5 OTM - not bad, put belt on midway through the 87.5 round

    BTN Press
    40 x 5
    47.5 x 8, 8, 7 - finally hit a bit of a wall on last set, will redo next week

    102 x 5 (snatch DL) put on belt
    111 x 5 (snatch DL) put on belt, felt heavy'ish

    Bench Press

    70 x 5 x 3 - not bad, but started feeling a bit heavy

    Block Snatch - first time stacking plates, so it took some getting used to
    43 x 2 x 4 - took a while to get shoulders warmed up
    52 x 1, 1
    57 x 1 x 10 OTM - after about the third rep they started to feel pretty good

    Front Squat

    102 x 3 x 8 - felt decent, not hard, not easy

    After last week and the weekend of Arizona Bike Week and multiple concerts, I was feeling majorly bloated today...

    61 x 1 x 8/10 - missed reps 2 and 4 - bar was slippery and grip, even with straps, was sketchy, took a while to get it dialed in

    Snatch DL

    For those who're reading this, what are your thoughts to bringing my clean and snatch DL up? What numbers do you think I should aim for? Keeping in mind that I'm aiming for mid-90's snatch and mid-120's CJ. Thanks in advance!!
