    After some major bruising on the left scap and serratus, I've finally started getting some relief from the left should issue. Tingling has started to significantly decrease, and I'm feeling like I can control the bar more on turnover.

    45 x 1 x 10 - kept these light to get myself used to the movement again, which I haven't worked in a while. These felt really light and crisp!!

    Back Squat
    60 x 2; 80 x 2; 90 x 2; 100 x 2; 110 x 2; 120 x 2; 130 x 2; 135 x 2; 140 x 2

    Wanted 145 for a double, but this was a good day, solid double, and I wasn't confident enough for the 145

    Snatch Grip Push Press

    60 x 5
    70 x 3 - need some work here to get left shoulder strength back up

    53 x 3 - first rep good, other 2 were a bit sloppy, need to clean them up

    Front Squat

    110 x 5 - pretty sure this matches my 5RM, so that's cool, last rep got a little hard to keep elbows up though
