    57 x 1 x 5 OTM - not bad, but was not as tight technique-wise as I would've liked
    61 x 1 x 4/7 OTM - too many misses, just all over the place, weight was not heavy

    Clean

    80 x 1 x 5 OTM
    84 x 1 x 5 OTM
    88 x 1 x 5 OTM - all of these went way better, not sure why

    Jerk from Rack

    88 x 1 x 5 OTM - all went well, lowered each rep to back then reracked

    Been having to re evaluate my training lately. Been stressed out due to both work and personal stuff which has caused me to add too much BW (up over 90kg for first time ever) and lifts have dropped off. Sleep is the most likely culprit, so will be working on that.

    57 x 1 x 5 OTM
    61 x 1 x 5/6 OTM - missed rep 3 and made it up at the end, weight felt light just timing on the pull under was a bit off

    Back Squat

    93 x 3
    107.5 x 5 x 3 - felt strong

    Klokov Press
    bar x 5
    43 x 2 x 5 - left shoulder has been giving me trouble

    Also, did some rotator cuff exercises in between sets of the presses, overall a good training today!!

    57 x 1 x 4/5 OTM (missed 3rd rep) - had to use straps as no chalk and it was humid and sweaty, grip was still slippery
    61 x 1 x 4/5 OTM (missed 5th rep) - same as above
    64 x F, 1 - left it here

    Front Squats
    61 x 3
    80 x 3
    93 x 3
    102 x 3
    111 x 3 - this was about 90% of my current 3RM, so not bad

    66 x F, F, 2 - was feeling a little rundown from shooting outside in 95-100 deg heat this morning, but the weights did not feel too heavy
