    61 x F, F, F, 1 - the catch was really weird and off side to side, finally nailed one easy

    145 x 1 - bit of a grinder, so left it here

    Need to get back into massage to work on left trap, pretty sure that's what caused the weird catch in the snatch tonight, left trap is super tight

    Didn't really feel like lifting/training at all today, so decided to do bare minimum...

    150 x 1 - after unracking this, didn't feel confident, but totally made it even with a serious sticking point slow down

    50 x 1 x 10 OTM - decided to start this part of the program a bit lighter to tighten up tech, unfortunately I still had a couple that were "off"

    125 x 1 - felt a bit heavy, so left it here

    Shoulder Horn - 5 lbs x 20, 20

    Side Lying Raises - 3lbs x 20, 20

    Also did some foam rolling on back and lacrosse ball on mid and upper trap on left side
