    117.5 x 4, 4, 4, 4 - pretty good sets, but was getting a bit tired

    Going to reduce the intensity/weight on the pulls to try and push the squats a bit more next week

    87 x 3, 3, 3 - decided to make sure I was pulling properly and fast, was getting these to mid-chest height

    111 x 5, 5, 5, 5 - no belt on these, didn't die

    skipped Wed due to driving up to Flagstaff for client meeting, didn't get home until 6 and I was beat
