    Okay, so today starts a new cycle, going to run it anywhere from 4-6 weeks, with the end goal of 305lbs squat for 10 sets of 3

    116 (255lbs) x 3 x 10 sets - started out feeling off and heavy, but started feeling better as I got a couple sets in

    BTN Snatch Push Press

    70 x 3 x 5 sets - felt good and moved well

    57 x 1 x 9/10 - missed rep 7 due to not staying with the lift while pulling under

    105/230lbs x 1 - good pull, but caught a bit in front and the recovery was a bit ugly, good lift!! Haven't attempted a clean this heavy in some time, and it was decent!!

    didn't really feel like doing more than this

    107/235lbs x 3 x 10 sets - legs felt alright doing these, but back was a bit trashed so staying tight in my back was work!!

    These felt pretty decent, just not pulling under well for some reason

    Block Snatch
    39 x 2, 2, 2 - took a while to warm up with lifts feeling good
    47 x 2
    55 x 1 - taking a bigger jump
    61 x 1 x 5 OTM
    61 x 1 x 4/5 OTM - missed first rep of this round, but cleaned it up and finished the rest
    61 x 1 x 5 OTM - very solid round of lifts

    So, this was a bit impromptu, but a very good session. Decided I needed to nut up and put some weight on the bar!!

    Clean Pulls
    61 x 3
    84 x 3
    102 x 3
    125 x 3
    143 x 4 Clean DL - went for 5th but only came about 2" off the ground before Nope!! Not there today, but solid effort

    Overhead Press
    39 x 10, 10 - struggled to get 10 reps on second set, so left it there

    52 x 2 x 3 - this was about 75% of current 1RM and was a little tough due to not training them for a long time

    Snatch

    So, I should have done 1-2 warm-ups at or slightly below the weight above, also missed the down set after this one

    Back Squat
    61 x 8
    84 x 5
    102 x 1
    102 x 8 - 1st rep paused for 5s
    93 x 8 - 1st rep paused for 5s

    Wasn't sure what weight to choose here, so took it a bit easy due to the 5 sec paused first rep

    Bent Over BB Row
    52 x 10, 10, 10

    Back Extension
    25lbs against chest x 10, 10, 10 - pretty incredible lower back pump

    75 x 2, 2, 2 - I did the warm-ups as 2 (CJ+CJ), then first 2 sets here as 2+2, but collarbones were taking a beating, so last set was a double

    Clean & Jerk
    80 x 2
    88 x 2 - these were tough, but solid

    Push Press
    bar x 8
    43 x 2
    52 x 8 - wasn't sure what I could do for 8 reps, so started conservatively
    47 x 8

    One Hand BB Farmers Carry
    bar x 20 yds'ish x 3/per hand

    Weighted Plank
    45lb x 30 sec x 3 - harder than I anticipated was shaking a bit during these

    Block Snatch ATK (above the knee)

    52 x 3 x 4 sets - 1st set was hook grip, then straps

    Snatch Pulls
    70 x 5 x 3 sets - was surprised these flew up as well as they did, up to upper chest (almost neck) height

    Back Squat
    84 x 5
    102 x 2
    116 x 5 - was supposed to be moderate weight (70-80%) and this was a bit much, so...
    111 x 5 x 3 - much better, but legs were feeling tired and energy was somewhat lacking

    Rope Tricep Pushdown leaning away - 32.5lbs (on weight stack) x 10 x 3 sets

    DB Bench Press - 40 x 10 x 3 - humbling, to say the least

    64 (140lbs) x 1 - almost a no-contact snatch, still easy!! Left it here after the first week of higher volume new coaching

    97 x 1 - not easy, but not hard either, solid lift, but trying to save myself a bit for Clean DL's

    139 (305lbs) x 5 - this was a solid, heavy effort, but I know I have more in the tank

    1 arm DB 3point row - 45lbs x 12 x 3/arm superset with DB seated shoulder press x 30lbs x 12 x 3

    Rope Tricep pushdown - 32.5 x 10 x 3 - these are still pretty hard and I get a decent pump from them
