    60 x 2/3 - missed first rep, then nailed the double

    And, called it, I'm tired. The combo of lifting by myself at home the last 6.5 weeks and the heat kicking up over 100 is starting to get to me mentally.

    65 x 1, F, F, F - was glad I got the first rep, but wanted at least 1-2 more but that wasn't happening tonight

    140 x 1 - this was all I had in me tonight, even though I loaded and unracked 150 I just didn't have it in me mentally tonight. Just tired all over

    105 x 1 - this felt really good, other than the fact it was 100 in the garage and I didn't drink as much liquid as I should have for this heat

    Wednesday, 05.06.20 - lifting in home garage day 51 (yes, this is different from the squat in a row day #)

    Snatch

    60 x 1 x 10 E2MOM - other than the first rep which was powered and off balance, the rest went really well, but shoulder is a little sore right now

    Back Squat
    70 x 3
    100 x 2
    120 1
    130 x 1
    140 x 1
    145 x 1 - a little off balance in the hole meant a double bounce to stand up
    130 x 3

    93 x 1 - met this one way better, looked easier than it felt

    140 x 5 - this was definitely a 5RM!! Not touch and go, but didn't step away from the bar either
