    60 x 1, 1 - felt pretty good for not having done pwr SN this heavy in a while

    Back Squat

    140 x 1
    150 x 1 - ugly grindy rep, but glad I got it considering the circumstances

    150 x 1 - although this felt good, didn't feel confident to go up, so just the down set

    90 x 3, 3 - these moved really well

    100 x 1 - this was solid, even if I short-stepped the jerk a little

    Front Squat
    105 x 1
    115 x 1
    123 x 1, 1 - this was 90%, so 2 solid singles were good on tired legs

    80 x 1 - surprisingly difficult to get overhead, but solid squat even if a little shaky

    Snatch Grip Push Press BTN

    went shooting today out in 90+ heat here in AZ for 2.5 hrs which wore me down a bit, so not expecting much

    70 x F, F, 1 - this is where I hit a wall, but got a good lift in

    BTN Shoulder Press

    40 x 5 - left shoulder didn't like this, started to feel pain in the anterior and lateral delt
    50 x 1 - nope

    Back Squat
    60 x 5
    80 x 3
    100 x 15 - wanted 20, but started getting an exertion headache coming on, so quit before it got bad

    Monday, 05.18.20 - home garage day 61

    Almost didn't train today due to lingering headache from yesterday, but it went alright

    Snatch
    40 x 2, 2, 2
    50 x 2
    55 x 2 - first rep was powered because I got off balance
    60 x 2 - very solid set
    64 x 1/3 - got good first rep, then tried to get second and failed 2x's...went up anyways as I had a goal
    67 x 2 - nailed both of these very solid!!

    Back Squat
    70 x 2
    100 x 2
    120 x 2
    130 x 2
    140 x 2 - that was limit today with the high rep yesterday

    Jerk from Rack

    102 x 1, 1 - experimented with narrowing my grip by a few inches to see if my shoulder liked the rack position better

    These went well, but definitely felt different with the narrower grip. the dip and drive felt much better, but overhead felt a bit more precarious. Also felt like I was driving the bar a far greater distance even though it couldn't have been that much.

    120 x 1
    134 x 1
    143 x 1
    152 x F - didn't feel heavy, just got off balance descending
    143 x 2 - still not great, but didn't feel heavy

    Arnold DB Shoulder Press
    35lbs DB x 8, 8, 8 - these felt pretty strong!!
