    61 x 1, 1 - pretty solid lifts, but not perfect, needs some work

    120 x 2 - smoothest double I've done with this

    Decided to mess around today with the cambered bar Lifetime got, the Power Systems Cambered Squat Bar (which seems to be about 30lbs (from shipping weight)

    CSB
    120lbs x 5
    170lbs x 5
    215lbs x 3

    These were surprisingly difficult due to how the cambered bar put the weight way more forward than even a FS. However, due to how the weight is positioned, it's a very upright, quad dominant squat!! Will be interesting to see how this progresses and helps my BS and FS

    70 x F, F, F - pulled all well high enough but turnover just wasn't there, shoulder felt unstable today
    61 x 2 - very solid double

    152 x 1 - a little grindy, but felt good to hit this today

    Snatch Pull
    93 x 3, 3, 3 - really working on keeping bar close and pulling to mid chest

    Holy squad and upper back soreness and stiffness!! I know it was from Friday's training and I should have stretched more.

    61 x 1 x 3/6 OTM - and, this is where everything fell apart, missed reps 1, 4, and 5

    I think a combination of the soreness and volume got to me

    Clean

    84 x 1 x 5 OTM - decided to leave it here and repeat this on Wed

    Jerk from Rack

    88 x 1 - left it here as my left front shoulder was just not liking me today
