    So, I know I haven't been on here lately. I did compete at the Arnold a little over a week ago, Thursday night to be exact. Meet prep went decently well, and I made weight easier than ever on a super low carb diet.

    Ended up going 4/6 and ending on 76/110 for a 186 total. Ended up taking 3rd in the M45 age group, 85kg class.

    Considering everything, I feel good. I need to get stronger though. I know I keep saying that, but I'm going back to programming that was working for me, the Joe Mills 20/20 with lots of strength work in between. Today was my first day back to lifting, so of course I took it easier since it's been 9 days.

    First time back to Lifetime Fitness today. They've upgraded their free weights section, and put more platforms for their Alpha section (think Crossfit version). However, they have put Eleiko barbells and Eleiko platforms on these stations, so I'm super pumped!! Hopefully, we can keep these Eleiko Performance Weightlifting barbells from being severely abused!!

    Went to Lifetime and lifted on the new Eleiko Performance Weightlifting bars they brought in.

    Front Squat - got a chance to use my new 2pood belt
