    Back Squat - lower back decided to not like me today

    134 x 2, 2, 2, then bumped to
    136 x 2

    The called weight on the program was 135, but I was at the commercial gym, so only 5lb increments, should've mathed better

    Bench Press

    75 x 5 x 5 - these were pretty good

    Overhead Squat

    52 x 5 - pretty solid, but had to go

    I'm in San Antonio for the week, so went over to 210 Weightlifting club to train with Steve Galvan and crew...

    Snatch
    40 x 2, 2, 2
    50 x 1, 1
    55 x 1 x 5 OTM
    60 x 1 x 5 OTM
    65 x 1 x 5/6 OTM - missed first rep, found a bubble in the platform slanting down and was getting forward off the floor
    68 x F, 1 - found that dang bubble again on the miss, make was very good once I moved where I was on the platform
    71 x 1 - very solid!!

    Back Squat
    70 x 4
    90 x 3
    110 x 1
    119 x 4 x 4 - pretty good, but could tell I was feeling a bit down

    Snatch RDL
    60 x 8 - pretty easy, but was supposed to be

    62.5 x 3 - surprised these went as well as they did for all 3 reps after the fail at 72.5

    115 x 5 - Snatch DL really, no pop through the hips, but otherwise felt good

    120 x 1 x 6 - started off heavy, but got better as I got more singles
