    Snatch
    40 x 2, 2, 2
    50 x 1, 1
    55 x 1 x 5 OTM - no straps
    60 x 1 x 5 OTM - no straps
    65 x 1 x 5 OTM - no straps
    67.5 x 1; 70 x 1; 72.5 x 1; 75 x 1; 77.5 x F, F - very close

    Clean & Jerk
    50 x 2, 2
    70 x 1
    80 x 1 x 5 OT90s
    85 x 1 x 5 OT90s
    90 x 1 x 5 OT90s
    95 x 1 - left it here, was not feeling well and didn't want to push it and hurt myself

    Went to Lifetime Fitness after for the hot tub and pool. Also found out that my BW was down about 1.5kg, to 188.8 lbs, down from 191+ in the AM. It's good from a comp perspective, but wasn't looking to be this light so far out (4.5 weeks).

    120 x 2 - only had my PL belt tonight
    130 x 2 - 7.5kg PR!! couldn't believe this went up as well as it did!!

    realized that last week I must have tweaked my groin on the right side, been sore and bothering me

    Snatch

    55 x 1 x 5 OTM - felt better than Sunday
    60 x 1 x 5 OTM - same
    65 x 1 x 5/6 OTM - got lazy on first rep and missed, then completed the set no problems
    67.5 x 1 solid
    70 x 1 a bit out front
    72.5 x F, F - hit a wall

    at Lifetime Fitness

    Back Squat
    61 x 3 - this is where I felt the groin the most, rising out of the hole
    84 x 3
    102 x 3
    125 x 3
    134 x 2
    143 x 1 - fairly solid, but groin was getting sore
    125 x 3 - and left it here to sit in the hot tub and attempt to stretch
