    Okay, so not sure I'll keep this up, but we'll see how things go...

    Clean

    84 (185lbs) x 1 x 20 EMOM

    kept it really simple and with weights I felt comfortable with to start this back up...

    felt good, and looking forward to moving weights upwards!!

    120 (265lbs) x 5 x 6 - all sets felt decent, last one was hard

    BTN Push Press

    70 x 3 x 5 - felt good and powerful, moved straight up

    120 x 6 x 6 - started getting an exertion headache on 4th set, so took a couple Advil and an Aspirin, and was able to finish the last 2 sets

    BTN Push Press

    72.5 x 3 x 5 - pretty straightforward, not hard

    57 x 1 x 5 OTM - these were all very solid and would've done another round but ran out of time

    91 x 1 x 5 OTM - again, very solid day, but had to run
