    61 x 1 x 4/5 OTM'ish (missed 3rd rep), stopwatch battery ran out just as I was starting this round, so guessed it a bit

    102 x 2/3 - missed last rep, just not enough to get elbows around

    125 x 3 x 6 - was a bit bloated from the eating and drinking last night, but moved alright overall

    Tried a new set/rep scheme today, and will continue through the month

    57 x 2
    61 x 2 x 5 - these went surprisingly well, only 1-2 bad reps, but made all

    Clean & Jerk
    60 x 1, 1
    70 x 1
    80 x 1
    88 x 1
    93 x 1 x 6 - first time in a while putting the jerk with the clean, they still moved decently well considering

    Snatch Pulls
    84 x 3
    102 x 3
    116 x 3 x 3 - moved pretty well considering my legs were tired

    Mainly because I'm trying to work on sustainable strength in the legs/hips. I have long femurs and use shoes with 1" effective heel height. I've always struggled to keep squat strength up, it varies way more than I would like.
