    This is the first time I've ever squatting before any Olympic lifting, so this was an interesting experiment

    Tonight was a little cooler, only 103 so decided to lift at home in the garage...

    Front Squat

    93 x 3 x 5 - not bad, but definitely felt the work

    Power Clean

    70 x 1 x 10 OTM - pretty good work after squatting first, still getting used to this programming

    So, for anyone wondering why I'm squatting first, I've never had the strength surplus that a lot of other Master lifters have. I've always struggled to put weight on my squat, and I've almost never trained my pulls/deadlifts to get stronger overall. So, that brings me to this programming, which I've adapted from Wil Flemings cycle where he prioritized squats. I'm going to see if this can have a positive effect on my 45 yrs old body!!
