    OK, so Tuesday's lifting at home in 107 deg heat and humidity took it's toll on my feet in the form of a massive number of blisters on me feet and toes that are hurting like a son of a gun!!

    Snatch

    52 x 1 x 5 OTM
    57 x 1 x 5 OTM
    61 x 1 x 5 OTM - this was solid, no misses - I recorded and it looks like I'm dropping my head a bit on the catch, so I'll have to work on that

    Clean
    61 x 2
    75 x 1
    82 x 1 x 5 OTM
    86 x 1 x 5 OTM
    90 x 1 x 5 OTM - very solid

    Cut it off here due to sore and somewhat painful feet/toes

    Been off since Sat because of the blisters on my toes and feet were too painful to barely walk, let alone lift.

    Was having to use straps with no hook due to blister on my thumb next to nail exactly where my middle finger grips, too painful and didn't want bleeding (no tape or bandaid with me)

    Left it here due to thumb and having to use a no hook grip

    This was a very quick session, about 1 hr due to date night with the wife
