    50 x 1 x 20 OTM - most felt really good, but had a couple caught on front of foot and one (rep 17) was powered which was launched out front too much

    75 x 1 x 5 OTM
    80 x 1 x 5 OTM
    85 x 1 x 5 OTM - all felt good

    Snatch DL
    70 x 3 - regular grip
    90 x 2 - hookgrip only
    110 x 1 - hookgrip only
    130 x 1 - hookgrip w/straps
    140 x 1 - PR w/hookgrip only - solid pull!!
    125 x 4 - rep PR straps

    Military Press
    bar x 10
    40 x 10
    45 x 10 - did all these in between the SN DL warm-up sets to save time
