    150 x 1 - used my heavy 10mm PL belt because lower back has been getting really sore last couple of days, which I think is coming from low back being tight along with hip flexors

    Clean & Jerk

    93 x 1 - pushed this one slightly out front, but it went to lockout and I got back under it for good lift

    DB Lateral Raises - going to try and have at least one BB accessory for upper body per day, up to 4-5 sets of 8-15 reps

    60 x 2 - these were really good and felt very solid both in the pull and catch

    Front Squat - decided to up volume a bit and start at lower intensity since my lower back feels sore

    High Hang Snatch - mostly just because

    So, today marked 4 solid weeks of squatting everyday (yes, I consider overhead squat a squat)!!

    55 x 1 x 10 OTM - the first few I was using straps with hook and lifts were a little sloppy, but rep started lifting w/o hook and lifts smoothed out a lot!!

    So, I'll start this back up today, just because...

    Monday, 4.27.20 - home garage (cause 'rona) day 50 (in a row of squatting at least)

    Snatch
    40 x 3, 3
    50 x 3/4 - missed first rep, pure technical issues
    55 x 3
    60 x 3 - got them, but didn't feel great
    63 x 3 - felt awesome!! Needed this today

    Back Squat
    70 x 3
    100 x 3
    120 x 2
    135 x 1
    143 x 2/3 - missed last rep, but knew that might happen when second rep didn't feel all that great, but good attempt on tired/sore legs

    So, for anyone actually reading this, here's what I'm doing: experimental and non-conventional, because I feel like it. Lifting everyday right now is helping to keep my mind off the weird crap going on and obsession over when the economy is going to reopen (read: concerts and bars). Basically doing the JTS DIY Bulgarian program that Tsypkin wrote a while back. 1 lift, 1 squat, plus accessories as needed/have time everyday. Let me know if you have questions and I'll tell you exactly how I'm programming/not programming sets/reps.
