    After some major bruising on the left scap and serratus, I've finally started getting some relief from the left should issue. Tingling has started to significantly decrease, and I'm feeling like I can control the bar more on turnover.

    Wanted 145 for a double, but this was a good day, solid double, and I wasn't confident enough for the 145

    Friday I did some pressing and face pulls, so upper back and shoulders were a bit wrecked.

    Also, found out just how weak my left hand is with gripping, going to have to work on it because now it's bothering me.

    Took Wed off for a massage. Need to plan those better so I can train, then get the massage for the recovery. Still felt like jelly today though

    Sorry I've been a bit inconsistent in logging. I've been thinking a lot lately on my left shoulder, which is healing and feeling better but slowly, and programming around it. Need to get it stronger now that it seems to be cooperating. I've decided to go back to the Mills 20/20 but slightly modified and lower weight to rebuild technique and strength in the lifts.

    Tuesday, 02.04.2020 Lifetime

    Snatch
    39 x 2, 2
    43 x 1 x 5 OTM
    47 x 1 x 5 OTM
    52 x 1 x 5 OTM - no misses, but a couple of lifts were just off, catching on toes

    Cleans
    52 x 2
    66 x 2
    75 x 1 x 5 OTM
    80 x 1 x 5 OTM
    84 x 1 x 5 OTM - all pretty good, back of left shoulder/lat is staying stable mostly

    Back Squat
    84 x 5
    102 x 5
    116 x 5
    130 x 3 - legs ran out of steam here, will need to keep this day a bit more moderate

    So, the third pull in the snatch is feeling way better, just weak right now. So, I'll be keeping that lighter until I feel more confident. Same with cleans, really. Making sure the left shoulder stays stable and doesn't collapse during the pull is paramount right now.
