    Okay, so today starts a new cycle, going to run it anywhere from 4-6 weeks, with the end goal of 305lbs squat for 10 sets of 3

    116 (255lbs) x 3 x 10 sets - started out feeling off and heavy, but started feeling better as I got a couple sets in

    BTN Snatch Push Press

    70 x 3 x 5 sets - felt good and moved well

    57 x 1 x 9/10 - missed rep 7 due to not staying with the lift while pulling under

    Clean

    97 x 1
    105/230lbs x 1 - good pull, but caught a bit in front and the recovery was a bit ugly, good lift!! Haven't attempted a clean this heavy in some time, and it was decent!!

    didn't really feel like doing more than this

    Front Squat

    107/235lbs x 3 x 10 sets - legs felt alright doing these, but back was a bit trashed so staying tight in my back was work!!

    These felt pretty decent, just not pulling under well for some reason

    Block Snatch
    39 x 2, 2, 2 - took a while to warm up with lifts feeling good
    47 x 2
    55 x 1 - taking a bigger jump
    61 x 1 x 5 OTM
    61 x 1 x 4/5 OTM - missed first rep of this round, but cleaned it up and finished the rest
    61 x 1 x 5 OTM - very solid round of lifts

    So, this was a bit impromptu, but a very good session. Decided I needed to nut up and put some weight on the bar!!

    Clean Pulls
    61 x 3
    84 x 3
    102 x 3
    125 x 3
    143 x 4 Clean DL - went for 5th but only came about 2" off the ground before Nope!! Not there today, but solid effort

    Overhead Press
    39 x 10, 10 - struggled to get 10 reps on second set, so left it there

    52 x 2 x 3 - this was about 75% of current 1RM and was a little tough due to not training them for a long time

    Snatch
    57 x 3

    So, I should have done 1-2 warm-ups at or slightly below the weight above, also missed the down set after this one

    Back Squat
    61 x 8
    84 x 5
    102 x 1
    102 x 8 - 1st rep paused for 5s
    93 x 8 - 1st rep paused for 5s

    Wasn't sure what weight to choose here, so took it a bit easy due to the 5 sec paused first rep

    Bent Over BB Row
    52 x 10, 10, 10

    Back Extension
    25lbs against chest x 10, 10, 10 - pretty incredible lower back pump
