    Was feeling very tired and down today. Not sure if it was the work yesterday, or if the "no alcohol" effect is catching up to me (not really sure if that's a thing).

    97 x 2 - pretty good set, but second jerk was meh (not sure it was legal)

    Block Snatch ATK - did these at home and the set-up had the bar slightly higher than at Lifetime
    40 x 3, 3
    50 x 2
    55 x 3/4 - missed first rep, height threw me off a little
    60 x F, F - again, height threw me off, more mental than anything, so just repeated the set
    60 x 2 - good lifts
    55 x 3
    60 x 2 - no misses on the second wave, felt pretty good

    Went to Lifetime for...

    Back Squat
    61 x 5
    84 x 3
    102 x 2
    116 x 5, 5
    118 x 5, 5 - this is 75%, so I wanted at least 2 sets here

    Snatch Pull - not high pulls just regular

    OH Lean away Rope Tricep Pushdown - 30lbs x 12 x 3
    DB Bench Press - 40lbs x 12 x 3

    39 x 2, 2, 2 - spent a little more time warming up and stretching, I felt it
    47 x 2
    52 x 2
    57 x 1
    61 x 2 - this was a solid double for the first week

    Pause Snatch ATK
    55 x 2, 2, 2/3 - missed first rep on last set, so made it up (not finishing the pull at the top)

    Back Squat - 5RM
    61 x 5
    84 x 3
    102 x 2
    120 x 1
    134 (295lbs) x 5 - this was solid and my goal, felt good to have heavy weight on my back again, only 6kg away from true 5RM
    120 x 5

    T-Bar Chest Supported Row - 25lbs x 10, 45lbs x 10, 70lbs x 10, 10 - these weights were in addition to the apparatus (don't know weight)
    Back Extensions - 45lbs x 8 x 3 - solid and getting slightly easier

    83 x (2+1) - 5 sec pause in split, was hard

    70 x 1, 5 - was going to try more, just didn't have it in me

    52 x 4, 3/4 - this is a completely new exercise variation for me, never done snatches from here and I struggled to find the right start position

    57 x 1 - caught on balls of feet/toes, definitely not going well
    61 x F, F, F, F - didn't feel heavy, but couldn't lock it in
    66 x F - again close, just not there
    70 x F - not really close
    61 x F - thought this would work, guess it was not my day today!! *angry and frustrated*

    skipped CJ just because...

    147 x 3 - was actually a bit surprised I got this, but welcome after the debauchery
