    OK, so Tuesday's lifting at home in 107 deg heat and humidity took it's toll on my feet in the form of a massive number of blisters on me feet and toes that are hurting like a son of a gun!!

    61 x 1 x 5 OTM - this was solid, no misses - I recorded and it looks like I'm dropping my head a bit on the catch, so I'll have to work on that

    86 x 1 x 5 OTM
    90 x 1 x 5 OTM - very solid

    Cut it off here due to sore and somewhat painful feet/toes

    Been off since Sat because of the blisters on my toes and feet were too painful to barely walk, let alone lift.

    Okay, so I know I haven't been logging all that consistently lately. Lots of stuff going on. I ended up having some issues with my left shoulder and left side upper middle back, so got a targeted deep tissue and trigger point massage Sunday afternoon.

    So, I switched my shoes back to the Adidas Leistung II's that I couldn't sell when I didn't like them. After competing at a local comp this past weekend, I had 2 coach friends of mine tell me that I was not balanced on my feet while pulling, especially from first to second pull I was getting way back on my heels and jumping back while leaving the bar out front. Turns out that my modified Rom 2's (added 1/4" wedges on bottom of shoe) contained a ridge just in front of my heel and I was rocking along that ridge throwing off my balance.
    So, I started using the Leistung II's to get back to flat shoes to attempt and fix the balance issue.
