    OHS - with a Snatch Grip Push Press to get the bar overhead

    70 x 1, 1 - this was surprisingly good, left shoulder felt decent in holding this solid

    61 x 3 - high pull, almost to chin

    120 x 5 - DL PR 5RM!! Felt good

    Changing my schedule up a bit, and was supposed to lift Sunday, but a blackout drunk Sat evening at the AZ Strong Beer Fest made that not happen.

    55 x 1 x 5 OTM - used straps on these (and, for the record, I hook grip even when using straps)

    Clean & Jerk

    65 x 1 x 5 - OT90sec
    70 x 1 x 5 - OT90sec
    75 x 1 x 5 - OT90sec
    80 x 1 x 5 - OT90sec

    All good, lifts moved well. Back of left shoulder and lat feeling so much better, but not quite 100% just yet

    52 x 1 x 5 OTM - made all reps, but not as smooth as I liked

    80 x 1 x 5 OTM

    Paused Back Squat
    84 x 2 - w/3 sec pause each rep
    102 x 2 - w/3 sec pause each rep
    111 x 4, 4 - w/1 sec pause each rep, didn't really get hard until last rep each set

    Got sucked into a FB competition with other Masters lifters, so today I decided to see where I was with the two lifts:

    Snatch Balance
    bar x 5
    34 x 3, 3
    43 x 3
    52 x 2
    61 x 1
    70 x F, F - first one was close, lost in the hole, second was not

    Snatch DL - hookgrip, no straps
    70 x 3
    93 x 2
    116 x 1
    130 x 1 - felt easy, other than holding the hook (needed more chalk, but at commercial gym)
    139 x F, 1 - w/straps

    Did first 10 reps w/no hook, then HG'd the remainder 10 - solid effort

    This was good, even if a repeat from last week, felt better though

    Received my new Weightlifting shoes 2 days earlier than planned, so got to lift in them tonight

    New shoes felt just a bit different, so I'll probably need to scale back the squats for a week or so to get used to them

    These were pretty solid, no misses, left shoulder feeling better and catch feeling solid in new shoes

    feeling really good, ready to start moving these up, no collapse on left shoulder even though these are a bit light

    120 x 8 - not a RM, but solid set in new shoes
    107 x 8 - good down set

    Hammer Curls
    15lbs x 12, 12, 12 - first time with this weight that my left arm has not felt incredibly weak
