    Power jerk 4x3 30/35/40/40
    Clean deadlifts 4x3 95/105/110/115 I'd never done these before, I like them.
    Good mornings 3x8 75/75/65 My back was screaming on the second set, so I lowered the weight on my last set so my form wasn't atrocious.
    DB crunch 3x12 15/15/15

    Back feels ok this morning, but was really flaring up during my workout.

    My core muscles are pretty sore today. Even though my squats were lighter, it was a good workout.

    Been fighting off a cold the past week, haven't eaten much and feel like crap. Decided to do my best working out rather than not work out.

    No, my coach designs my workouts FFF. This cycle was re-introduction since I took so long off. I'm going to guess the next month will be a strength cycle, followed by a hypertrophy cycle.

    Spinal cord swelled up pretty bad the next day. Not sure if it was just a bad arthritis day or if I over did it.

    Good mornings 3x8 65/65/65 These were tough but I did them anyways since I have until Tues to recover
    DB twist crunch 3x12 15/15/15

    The next morning I blacked out while in the shower and landed on my back and hit the tub. Made my already sore back worse. I think I'll be ready for whatever Tuesday has in store for me though!
