    Personally:
    BW: 113kg
    Snatch: 120kg
    BTN Jerk: 182kg
    Squat: 272kg
    Deadlift: 300kg
    Military Press: 100kg (lol)
    Well this year was a major fail for me. Don't want to make excuses but the pacemaker really screwed me up (and continues to do so). I did make some progress though

    BW: 143--->124
    Snatch: 80kg is the most I snatched, but I only snatched once lol
    Jerk: 137kg only did this a handful of times
    Squat: 228x1--->230x2
    Deadlift: 240--->251
    Military Press: 87

    I guess given the amount of time I actually trained, my progress isn't too bad. Unfortunately 2018 is starting off with more health issues.

    Well didn't come close lol. Best snatch this year in comp was 118, but I was much more consistent in training and improved my training snatch from 109-->118

    Clean and Jerk I PR'd in competition at 137 up 1 from previous best.

    New year, new me I guess...

    Well none of mine happened.

    I am a bit leaner these days but not 69kg.
    I did clark 100kg on the Sn twice. 2016 was 93 and 109 and 200 together in training before I got hurt at the tail end of LSUS in 2016.

    While it was a rebuilding year, I did push my training Sn to 98 and CJ to 114 but that was before July and not shit has has happened then.

    Im ending the year doing 93 and 105 though I did 110 in August. And a 160BS though I hit 182 or 184 this year.

    Next year my goals are simple. Compete at the AO3 since I missed AO1 in Reno (missed registering, had kidney stones that week twice). Enjoy training.

    And at least do 95 and 115 at AO3. 105 125 would be awesome because red n yellow and double red but isnt very likely. 100Sn is the goal and it sounds silly to do less than 120 when Sn 100.

    For my lifts:
    Snatch: 120
    clean & Jerk: 160
    Back Squat: 200
    Front Squat: 182

    Each of those are definitely doable however they may have to be at 85kg instead of 77kg. Not worrying about weight right now and seeing where I can get my lifts to.

    Actually came close to making my goals for the first time, don't think I made any of my 2015 or 2016 goals that year.

    Snatch: 115->121
    Clean & Jerk: 145->157 (cleaned 160 twice last week but couldn't stick the jerk)
    Back Squat: 182->188 (still pathetic, in 2018 I'm working on that more)
    Front Squat: 165->175 (probably had more, but never went to a true max effort attempt)

    And biggest thing is that my last two comps I went 6/6 and hit all-time PRs in each lift both meets. So my current PRs are all in comp, and most of my top 5 lifts in each are in comp also.

    And like I thought, I did end up in the 85kg class. Still under 82kg both meets without cutting weight, so have plenty of room to grow still.

I'm now only a few kg off, but only have 18 days in which to do this so might make it a need-to-hit by end of Feb-2017 goal.

    By FYE 2017, a >200kg total (I could be a nationally competitive 58kg female, yay):

    C&J ~115
    Snatch ~90
    BS >165
    FS >135
    Probably should have been more realistic in setting 2017 goals, though I at least did make the QT for master's nationals (175kg @ ~77kg, 46 yrs old). The last 4 months of 2017 did show a lot of promise: I finally got real coaching and am technically on a WL team/club (i.e. good programming and people who know what they're doing having an eye on me at least 1x/week). I also got in my first two real comps ever. When setting total goals in Jan 2017, it did not occur to me (?!!?) that lifting at a comp would be a lot different than lifting in a team training setting or in my garage by myself. Technique definitely improved a bit and lift-to-lift consistency across intensities is a lot better. Looking at videos of myself from last November vs. stuff from on the platform this December, I look loads better -- faster through the middle, more stable in catch and lock-outs, etc. With all that stuff on learning more efficient / proper motor patterns for snatch and clean & jerk, strength kind of took a back seat; though my FS moved up a bit and is finally ~120kg, my BS hasn't moved at all (too embarrassing to quote that number, but if you know that my FS is approaching 90% of it that low number is good as quoted). . . off to the 2018 goals thread.

    I also practice at my home-gym and I regularly send some videos for my coach at distance. But I will also need to practice at least one time at each 15 days with a competition team. In my case I chose such meetings for motivation.
