    - Not get injured
    - Go for steady strength progression rather than quick gains which lead to injury
    - Qualify for a national competition
    - Squat 200kg
    - 140kg Clean and Jerk

    Haha I like to set lofty aims. Aim for moon and you'll land amongst the stars. With that mentality I'm hoping for some strains instead of a full on meniscus issue.

    That and never do running for cardio/ that shit fucked me up.

    Get China to join the Kyoto Accords..
    Solve world hunger....

    Once I figure out the top two, I then focus on the more unrealistic goals below.

    170 BS
    140 FS
    90ish Snatch
    115 CJ
    basically total over 200

    Finally learn to snatch
    100 kg clean and jerk
    150 kg back squat

    Weight: 69 KG (Currently 72)
    Snatch: 95 (Currently 76)
    Clean and Jerk: 110 (Currently 95)
    BS: 170 (Currently 145)

    Snatch: 115 KG
    Clean and Jerk: 145 KG
    Back Squat: 200 KG
    Front Squat: 170 KG

    A guy can dream, Took some time off of training to get my head back in the right spot.

    I don't know if this counts but..

    I want to Make nationals in 2018.

    By end of the year, I would like to Snatch 110 and make good bar contact on my cleans.

    Jerk 315lbs
