    2017 Goals Thread

    So what's it going to be? I'll sticky this thread, so we can all harass each other if we fall on our asses.


    Personally:
    BW: 113kg
    Snatch: 120kg
    BTN Jerk: 182kg
    Squat: 272kg
    Deadlift: 300kg
    Military Press: 100kg (lol)

    I'd like to go from 92ish bodyweight to fill out as a 105. I'd also like to try to jerk 182 and snatch 150.

    Snatch: 130
    Clean and Jerk: 150
    120/137 @105+, too tall

    SN: 100 at least
    CJ: 125
    FS 160 from 150
    BS 200. Last year was 191 but at 166 now. So heck, getting back to 182 would be nice.

    AO regionals come Reno (not bomb). Master's Nationals seems to be out but American's could still happen.

    Maybe a PWA Masters Snatch or CJ record before I'm 40 (100/125@69).

    Main thing is I'd like to go 6/6 in a competition.

    For my lifts:
    Snatch: 120
    clean & Jerk: 160
    Back Squat: 200
    Front Squat: 182

    Each of those are definitely doable however they may have to be at 85kg instead of 77kg. Not worrying about weight right now and seeing where I can get my lifts to.

    How old are you? I always recommend for people to gain weight naturally as means to increase strength, particularly if you are not on drugs.

    Goals for this year:

    Snatch 115
    Clean & Jerk 130
    Squat 170

    BW from 88-94

    Maybe to rebuild some conditioning, but that has a new years resolution kind of feel to it.

    I'm a perpetual noob so

    Clean and Jerk: 100kg
    Snatch: No idea I guess >60kg would be awesome
    Squat: 160kg

    Main goals:

    Snatch: 95 (83 currently)
    CJ: 115 (102 currently)
    Squat: 170 (150 currently)
    Front Squat: 150 (130 currently)

    Would like to go 6/6 for a 95/115/210 total this year. Bodyweight either 77 or 85. This should all be doable, even though I haven't hit any classic lift PRs in 1.5 years. Just gotta stay healthy for once - this will be the first time being able to train consistently for more than 3 months since my last comp in Oct 2014. I do need to figure out what's wrong with my thumb though, it's been hurting since September.
